In 1905, the Marini family (called in local dialect “i Moret” for their dark hair) bought a little osteria and starts selling bread, salami, cheese and omelette; in the outside, they had a court with cows and horses.
Then, the family’s second generation started cooking on the grill, preparing good Fiorentina steaks and spicy chicken with vegetables from their garden, all served with a big bottle of wine
Today, Franco and his wife Margherita run this ”family/international” hotel with their son Edoardo and daughter Federica as the third generation of the Marini family.
