The modern and colorful bar One Square is homed at the Sheraton Hotel, with a gorgeous terrace on Festival Square. The bar and restaurant have their collection of 60+ gins with their very own branded spirit. One Square Gin is made at the Summerhall distillery in partnership with Pickerings Gin. With the summer coming, One Square Gin Fizz with fresh lime juice, elderflower syrup, mint leaves and soda water is simply divine.
